This is a free tool for auto dealers funded by our subscribed auction members. So if you don't see your auction listed, send them our way!
When you submit a request, you will receive an immediate confirmation that your request is on the auction's service dashboard. The auction staff is also notified, and you should expect a response as soon as someone is available to assist. If you do not receive a request in a timely manner, you navigate to your request from the 'View My Request' button, and click on 'Nudge' to resubmit your notification.
