    Auctioneer needs to let people bid the items up more. Several RV’s were passed on because he couldn’t get a high enough initial bid. People want to start low…..There were two that I was interested in and would have paid more than the amount he passed on starting the auction bid.

    There was a guy that called me on if bid this evening on a Ford expedition king ranch. He was definitely more worried about pitching me the sale than being fair. Very snippy. And it seemed as if he was protecting the seller more than the purchaser. He was very short with me. Would not let me make a counter offer

Please note that with ‘If-Bids’, the auction does not have any control over the price of the vehicle and they have to relay the information as provided by the seller. It is not a matter of protecting the seller. The seller may communicate that the price is firm, and that is what the auction must relay.

    Made a offer today on C-64 after it run my computer froze and it did not sell so I offered 14500 and they accepted the offer and why clerk was getting it to the price they accepted so I could click in another on line buyer hit it and they sold it to them. Don’t think that is right.

    The people at Z66 are outstandingly helpful and friendly!! t’s sometimes frustrating to bid online. I had the highest bid, my bid registered on the computer but the auto was given to floor bidder for less than my bid.

Z66 is monitoring the online customer experience and works to ensure a fair online bidding environment. In many cases like these, the online participant cannot see that the auctioneer recognized the floor bidder first and the clerk must retract the bid. So the online bidder should quickly place another bid to stay in the game. The auctioneer mantra to the online audience is, “Bid fast, bid often!” If this is not the case in your situation, contacting the online department will incite more observation to ensure that online customers are given enough opportunity to bid.     I’ve been attending the sale at the Z for a couple years now. Tho there been some bumps along the way, Monte has always been awesome at handling everything super professional and efficiently. People who complain of the service need to go to auctions across the country and see how well other places resolve problems (not even close to Z66). Great staff, great sale, great service keeps me coming back.

    If sales are ridiculous. It reduces what I can buy during the auction. Waiting until after the auction to find out you didn’t buy anything is frustrating. Sellers must be required to say yes or no within 5 minutes of final bid.

    1. To be clear, the ‘if-sale’ system is not specific to Z66 Auto Auction. It is always ideal to have sellers provide the auction with their floor prices when they are unable to attend, but this does not always happen. Also, when the auctioneer states that he can put it on an ‘if’, I believe you have the right to decline at that point, but once you accept the option to step into the negotiation, you agree that you will wait for the seller’s response, which is typically within the same day. Sometimes this is an advantage because you can get a vehicle for less, but sometimes it’s an inconvenience. Considering the digital society we live in, I’m sure that this, too, will advance. By taking the time to provide feedback, you are bringing that focus to the table. We greatly appreciate your contribution and will make sure it is reviewed.

    I have always had an excellent customer service experience here. The folks in the office are friendly and professional towards me and I appreciate all the help they provide. The condition reports however are non-existent. The closest I’ve gotten to a condition report is the photos shown for each vehicle which are very inconsistent. I predominantly shop via EdgePipeline online and have only those photos and the minuscule information provided to decide on a vehicle. The dash photos are the most inconsistent; some while the vehicle is running (preferred), some while off (no info at all, why bother?), and some when the key is first turned (all lights lit including ABS and engine light, hard pass thanks). This is very misguiding for buyers and unfair to sellers. With that in mind and your selection of inventory, which is easily double the running inventory of your two biggest and nearest competitors, it makes it quite daunting to put together a shopping list. It is especially difficult to do this at the last minute because your run list isn’t finalized until the last minute Thursday evening. But with all that in mind, your auction is still a better experience than your competitors. You have room for improvement, and I truly believe that if you gave us a phenomenal condition report experience, you might crush your competition all together.

    I’m a transporter trying to get gate passes on a holiday Monday! Because the person that was supposed to print them on Friday failed to do so! Probably in a hurry to leave!! So now I’m not getting paid to sit here and the dealer is not getting there vehicles!! So I would have to say after reading all the reviews that customer service here stinks!!!

    I was high bidder online on two RV’s and did not get either of them. They went to the bidder before me. So I guess your online system isn’t working properly. Rachel checked on these and did see where my bids were higher than those that won.

    First time logging on, used edge pipeline. Computer and connection had an issue(froze) some how CLICKED ONE TIME on something that was not on my watchlist or radar for a vehicle way overpriced and no return phone call from the manager. Only spoke to a title clerk. Followed up few times with title clerk, said she’d have the manager get in touch with me with no avail. Manager obviously has no courtesy in this matter.

    1. The auction provides a user interface that clearly depicts the bid button, and cannot be responsible for bid activity. However, with regards to technical difficulty, and communication, you should definitely expect a better experience, which Z66 does provide. Z66 Auto Auction has a dedicated online support depart that allows you to speak to a live rep during the sale via telephone or chat. Simply visit the Z66 Help Center any time for assistance. Please advise as to whether your issue has been resolved. I would be happy to assist you with getting a response.
