    Very limited on condition reports. Have been burnt multiple times buying online from this auction. They do not offer an arbitration timetable for post sales inspection which forces you into paying for inspection or eating a lemon. This has left a sour taste in my mouth.

    1. After looking into your issue further, I learned that Matt Moorhead made an attempt to resolve an issue with a Nissan Murano you purchased, despite the fact that no PSI had been purchased. Matt indicated that you were concerned about the vehicle since it needed a jump start and the CVT light was on. He recalls informing you to let him know if there were any mechanical issues with the transmission. Matt also contacted the seller that day. Upon learning of this review, Matt’s first reaction was to pick up the phone, and attempt to call you. In our daily communication with dealers across the country, this is the type of effort they wish they would receive from other auctions. Therefore, we would recommend that you return the call from ICE, and give them the opportunity to demonstrate the level of service that ICE is well known for. With regards to your comment on arbitration time-tables, here is an excerpt directly from the auction policy:

      “Ride and Drive”: The blue light signals that this vehicle is
      guaranteed under the conditions outlined in the Arbitration Guidelines section (For online purcheses-2 calendar days within verified receipt of the vehicle from seller and/or auction not to exceed 10 calendar days from the original sale date.), except for specific disclosures or announcements made prior to the sale.

      “Limited Auction Guarantee”: The green light signals that this vehicle is guaranteed to have a good motor, transmission, rear-end and drive train. The vehicle must have a good crank and block with no rod or main bearing noise. Any arbitration for these reasons must be reported to the Arbitrator within one hour for inline purchases and online purchases without a condition report and post sale inspection. The Auction Guarantee does not include lifters, heads, or head gaskets, valves, racks, u-joints, C.V. joints, clutches or wheel bearings.

      Vehicles sold through online channels without a written condition report, inspection, or a disclosure as to the vehicle’s condition, will be subject to In-Lane policies as outlined in the auction policies..

      It is the Online Buyer’s responsibility to contact the Auction and request a post sale inspection. The Auction does not do an automatic post sale inspections on any unit purchased Online.
