    Always one of my favorite sales. The staff are the best when it comes to help. Inventory is always a good mix, and condition reports are better than most other sales.

    Dash Speedometer Cluster is messed up by your Detail Recon People, they spray a Chemical on it that Turns the Plastic White, and Cannot be fixed Ruins It for good. I wont buy these cars because of it and there are 30 Plus bad in a Lane each week.

    Also the Condition Reports Ratings are off a 4.8 should be close to perfect, but the car is more like a 3.8

Jerry Barker, Greensboro’s General Manager has informed us that they are reviewing this issue with recon, and he would really appreciate a call from you, as he has very high standards when it comes to customer service. From my understanding, the autograde system is the same at most auctions, so in that regard, I would recommend that you continue to provide feedback on this system so we can let the vendor know what you think.

    Would not recommend anyone purchasing vehicles through this auction on its simulcast platform. Bought o e online and sent transporter to pkp and it was on my vehicles purchased report and was sold to someone else on the floor.

    1. Hi Billy. Had you called to arrange for pickup of the vehicle before sending transport? Just trying to get a better understanding of how this mix-up may have occurred considering this is not something that usually happens. With any business, incidents may occur, but Greensboro provides a dedicated online support center with multi-channel communication, and very little slips through the cracks. We do hope you’ll give Greensboro another shot. I assure you… this isn’t the norm.

    great auction, and great sales reps, sharon and candice will do anything to help out, give a raise to them they deserve one. good help hard to find. condition reports vary a little from inspector to another a little still not bad.

Personalized service with a smile is prevalent throughout the organization and problems are quickly and fairly resolved. Auction services are expensive everywhere so it’s great to feel appreciated and valued as a customer at GAA.

    I come every week and feel the staff and auction experience is the best in the Southeast. The cars are clean and well represented, The auction personnel are helpful and accommodating. The only negative is the selection of premium imports is light. The variety of vehicle makes represented is very good.

    GAA is a very well run organization. From the senior management to my auction rep to the front desk help to the transportation folks, to the auctioneers, to the cafeteria staff, the people are outstanding.
