I think you all run a good auction and I like you better than Manheim. You are a little behind them on technology but you are catching up. Keep up the good work

    1. Thank you for your feedback, Dave, and stay tuned, because there will be some big technology improvements coming your way!

Been attending CFAA for about 17 years, seen several revisions to the website and without a doubt each revision has made the site worse/less user friendly. Curious if the designer even asked for user input in the design process. Believe me when I tell you I am not the only one who feels this way. I am begging you to revisit this sooner rather than later! As a fervent user of online inventory lists and reports, I would be more than elated to provide feedback to design it in a way that is useful for us dealers who want to make the most efficient use of our time while at your sale.

    1. Andrew, thank you for your feedback! CFAA’s goal is to provide customers with the best experience, and the only way to do that is to know exactly what that is… from your perspective. If you would be willing to provide your suggestions, we will open this discussion with the marketing team. Please click here to submit your recommendations.

Make it right by your customer when you make a mistake. The general manager will put the blame on the customer instead of admitting and owning up to the mistake.

    1. Eric, thank you for taking the time to express your issue. Without knowing the details of your experience, I will say that in nearly 60 years of operation, CFAA has made the greater majority of its customers very happy. The General Manager is tasked to do what is right by all customers, and to do so, must follow the policies and procedures of the auction. While that doesn’t always make everyone happy, it does insure that customers are treated fairly.

Rarely do I buy at your auction online because of bad or no condition reports

    1. Columbus Fair Auto Auction has a full recon facility and mechanic shop. The staff recommends that sellers bring their inventory to the auction in a reasonable time frame to allow for condition reports and pictures to maximize the selling potential of their inventory. This does not always happen. However you will find hundreds of vehicles in stock with complete CRs, which include photos of exterior, interior, and all visible damage.
