    I purchased a vehicle that ran as green light and was unable to get a PSI as it was mentioned to be under $2500 to conduct a PSI and car sold for $2300. Upon questioning this the auction automatically took out of my flooring plan without consulting me after I confirmed I would pay via cash. I have never had any real concerns and customer service has been great thus far. However I have not been back in 2mths due to this transaction. At the end of day the car had mechanical problems with power steering.

    Attended 1st part and then finished remotely from the office. Using the internet bidding I missed one vehicle due to delaye with internet. However in person is always great!

    Arthur Here from K Auto Trader (K 128). Bid online in todays auction (8-23-18) for 2011 Camry Silver, Started my bid from $5100 and kept my self in highest bidder status untill $6400 but it was awarded to someone else at $6300. It was surely uncalled for and I even called your number to register my complain and dispute but was sent to voice mail. left voice mail with Mr Rob if i remember correctly but still no response. NOT HAPPY…
