    I’ve bought vehicles at auction for many years and still like to attend to “see and touch” what I bid on. I’ve seen the online buying from the beginning and while I’m not a big fan it has become a necessity.
    To comfortably buy online you need as much info as possible. Lots of pictures and condition reports that are consistent. AAA of Greenville has a great team and I know they strive to present their inventory as best as possible for all buyers, online or attending. I think the problem is the format from Pipeline. You can’t enlarge the pics and the cars that have CR’s are hard to figure. Anyway I do like you all at Greenville and will continue to support you by buying there and online. Best to you in 2019!

    The location is filled with people that obviously enjoy what they do. It doesn’t matter if I’m working with the arbitration desk, the sales team, the business office or one of the guys in the shop, everyone is highly engaged and helpful. I visit several auctions each week and feel like Americas is the most honest and transparent of them all. Jeff has truly built a killer team of great people.

    I buy online. Whoever is taking pictures needs to be replaced. Friday, a lot of the pics had random cars included in the online reports. Sometimes the pic was not even the car that was being sold. Invoices need to be e-mailed. Faxes are a thing of the past, i have a fax machine, but you can’t read them half the time, or i don’t receive them. Payment for cars bought online should be made online, see how Manheim does it, works great.

If you ever see any issues with the pictures as you described, I would urge you to call the auction or visit the online Help Center to report this so that it may be resolved immediately. These sound more like technology glitches, and not the result of negligence. Also, America’s Auto Auction Greenville is working towards bringing digital solutions that will provide customers with more convenience, especially when buying online. As you stated, this is something new to even Manheim. AAA Greenville is competitive with technology in the Independent space and intends to advance even further in the upcoming months.     Fees are way too high especially for inops, not to mention an extra 50 bucks to buy online.

    Need better pics, and announce hail damage! I’ve bought 2 this summer on line with heavy hail damage that was not announced, and you could not tell in the pics.

    Having problems getting titles after buying, sometimes up to 8 weeks, sometimes never.

    I buy online. I need to be able to pay online, like Manheim. Please check into this and see if you can have a pay system like theirs. Also i need gate passes e-mailed after payment, so my haulers won’t have problems picking up cars.

    I bid on line lot and it leaves a lot to be desired compared to other on-line bidding experiences. There should be color codes indicating vehicle condition reports. You should also clearly explain and provide costs for after sale inspections. It would also be very helpful on vehicle reports if you could provide the name of selling dealer or wholesaler. You should do more social media advertising – highlighting promotions, exclusive vehicles, etc. I would move vehicles that are not part of a particular auction to the back or far sides of rhe lot, not lrave in the center of the lot. Your building and grounds are very clean. Your staff is phenominal!

    Is it possible to put a proxis bit or buy it now price on rv and boat . Because i’m far away from canada and it’s not easy to get there or to bit by pipe line
