    Tuesday, Technically I should have won the car for my bidding price if the “seller” never answered his phone on “if”. I called 4-5 times and still no answer with sales department. Wednesday didn’t get one phone call to tell me it’s a dead bid at all or if the seller even was contacted. This has never happened before guys. Even if the bid I won was “500” that’s not the point. Point was there are certain policies and rules and requirements/regulations set to keep everything in decency and in order as a place of business either it was a low priced bid or high priced. I love this place I drive from SA all the time just felt let down this time. Love the people/ employees as well.

      Thank You AAA they have resolved everything in a super fast timely manner. Very responsive and great help from the whole team and employees I spoke too! They will forever keep me as a happy customer! i will HIGHLY recommend this place!

    2. Thank you for your feedback. A vehicle is placed on an ‘If’ at the discretion of the auction rep or auctioneer for the sole intent to negotiate. The auction is not authorized to sell a vehicle on the consignor’s behalf without approval. I don’t know if the auction has a time frame they can enforce, but perhaps that would be the solution. We will provide your comments to the auction for consideration. As you mentioned, the people at America’s Austin are great, so I’m sure they will take this into consideration as they continually work to provide their customers with a better experience. Please be sure to update your review as things change and we will continue to provide your insight to the industry.

    Could not get any audio, and did not find any condition reports. You need much better photo’s.

    At America’s Auto Auction Dallas, the customer service there is below par. There have been several occasions where we, the Buyer/Bidders needed a Bid Badge, or assistance with something, and the girls at the front desk frequently walk off or do not do their job or go above and beyond to help anyone in a time of need. One time, our car was blocked by another dealer, and we had another place to be at a certain time, and 2-3 ppl at the front desk gave us the run-around, told us to go here or there, find so-and-so, then when we would, they would walk off and not assist us either. The service is very crappy to say the least. It seems all they care about is the Dallas Cowboys attire and/or helping who they want to help. And, we are very patient, nice people compared to most other dealers. They need to know that if we come to them for assistance, THEY go get who we need to speak to in order to fix an issue or THEY call someone up front to address an issue! They should NOT be sending us all around to get results – That’s not OUR job!

    1. Thank you for providing feedback. I know that the General Manager of America’s Auto Auction Dallas strives to provide customers with excellent service. Sale day is a hectic day at any auction and requires a tremendous amount of hustle from the staff. Therefore, it is quite possible that the employees are unaware of how they are coming across during busy times. I would recommend, when it isn’t sale day, that you reach out to Ruben. I’m confident that he will listen and direct the staff accordingly. Everyone handles pressure in their own way, but rest assured that America’s Auto Auction excels in leadership and will provide the guidance to make sure that the behavior of every member of the staff reflects the values of the company.     I like this little auction! Just do not like bidding on the same cars/trucks from a few new cars stores only to be put on a call week after week.

    1. Thank you for your feedback. The Sales Team always works to secure Reserve Pricing from the sellers. However, in the event that the reserve is not provided, or if the buyer does not meet that price, the sales team works to negotiate a deal. We can certainly make the auction aware of your concern, and they can inform their sellers, however, in cases where the reserve is provided, buyers will still have to undergo the negotiation process if not willing to meet the stated price. I am not sure which best describes your situation, but I will pass along for review. I hope you continue to share your thoughts with us!

    Majority of the inventory have no pictures and the ones that do only have very few pics . For online bidding I think all inventory should have pics .
